Business Operation Manager
In a newly created position, we at DSE Test Solutions in Horsens are looking for a strategic and communicative Business Operations Manager, who, with a business focus will be responsible for IT, Finance and HR processes. You enter the role quite naturally in close collaboration with the company's CEO and many of the organisation's competent and experienced employees as well as various external partners.

Elektronikmontør
Vores udviklingsteam, søger en elektronikmontør til vores elværksted, hvor du vil indgå i et af vores værkstedteams med 7 kolleger og sammen med dem udvikle funktionstest løsninger til elektronikindustrien i samarbejde med vores ingeniører.

Arbejdsområdet er elektrisk montage af testrack og fiksturer. Du skal ud fra et el-diagram foretage den samlede montageproces i tæt samarbejde med den testudvikler, der har designet udstyret.

Du har formentligt en baggrund som elektronikfagtekniker, elektriker, tavlemontør e.l.

Recently Jacob onboarded our company, this is his statement:

“For me as a Product Manager, it is important to get into direct contact with the customers to learn and understand the business, in order to create new and valuable products for both wire manufactures and wire users.

In my first month I have been introduced to several new products – I have been on two customer visits and attended a large exhibition in Berlin, so at DSE you are very close to the customers, and this is one of the main reasons for me to work for DSE Test Solutions A/S.
Another good reason is the fact that you are automatically involved in all the product steps ranging from development, testing, and validation over manufacturing to packing and shipping the products to the end customer. It is very satisfying to have this kind of “complete hands on” involvement with your products”.

The 1st of May 2023 Jacob Hansen started as Product Manager in the Wire Industry Products (WIP) department and will be working closely together with Poul and Martin with our wire products.

Jacob joins DSE Test Solutions A/S after more than 22 years of working as a Product Manager for Kamstrup A/S, handling a portfolio of various communication products for smart metering/smart grid solutions within Heat/Cooling, Water and Electricity meters.

He has also worked with national and European standardization of the communication protocols used within the smart metering segment for the past 14 years.

Jacob is 53 years old and lives in Boulstrup (just outside Odder - towards Hou) with his wife and son.

Lene also onboarded recently, this is her statement:

Lene has worked in the electronic industry for 30 years, both in production as well as support in BB Electronics, Triax and Scandinavian Avionics. Lene lives in Stouby with her husband and 2 children.
